Lara Tupper: Swift Ink Stories
Tell me your story.
One of the great joys of teaching is "holding space" for others to tell their tales. This weekend (October 30-November 1), I'll host a reflective weekend of writing and discussion on the peaceful grounds of Genesis Center. Please consider joining me. No Halloween costumes required.
As promised, here's a writing exercise: Describe the last time you felt tricked and the last time you felt treated. Interpret this prompt any way you wish-- just provide as much detail as possible. Give yourself 10 minutes and GO. (If 10 minutes turns into 20, so be it.)
If you wish, post an excerpt from your exercise on my Swift Ink Stories Facebook page for fellow writers to enjoy. (And feel free to 'like' the page, if you like it, while you're there.)
Finally, I'll be singing with wonderful musicians in the Berkshires. Hope to see you at a gig!
Yours in ink and song,
Lara
