Opening Up to the Page
What's that blurry orange and white thing, you ask? It's a Kripalu pen, yours for the writing at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I've been using these pens for years and I highly recommend them: lightweight, ergonomically pleasing. You can see for yourself (the pens and the lovely mountain view beyond) during my yoga and writing retreat, Opening Up to the Page, November 29 to December 2. Cristie Newhart, my favorite yoga teacher (funny, warm, down-to-earth), will lead gentle postures designed to release locked-in stories. I'll hand out the pens and offer enthused writing guidance. I hope you'll join us. Think of it as a post-Thanksgiving treat for yourself. (Not pictured: delicious food, scenic trails, whirlpool, sauna, labyrinth, meditation garden, lake, etc.)
