Gratitude

Gratitude can be contagious. On New Year's Eve, it was my honor to lead 84 writers in gratitude journaling  at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I can't think of a better way to begin the new year.

JANUARY WRITING EXERCISE: What are you grateful for? Freewrite for 10 minutes without self-judgment. Be messy and honest. Don't cross anything out. Then read your words out loud to yourself. Or to a trusted someone.  

Repeat this exercise as needed, all year long.
