AUGUST WRITING PROMPT: Write about your current agitations, whether personal, political, global or all of the above. What are they (in detail)? Where do they come from? What sensations come up for you when you think of them? Allow yourself to write freely for 10 minutes or more. Write down anything that occurs to you. Be messy. Then read your words out loud to yourself--or to a trusted someone.
Repeat this exercise any time you like.
