I've spent the past three months in an intensive business accelerator program (Entrepreneurship for All) and recently completed my final presentation. Pie charts! Calculations! Not my usual wheelhouse. I met inspired business owners doing great work for their communities. And I developed a new offering: expressive writing workshops for stress relief at work. I hope you'll spread the word.

JUNE WRITING PROMPT: Describe your work life, both the highs and the lows. What do you enjoy at work? What's challenging? There's no need to fix or change anything right now. Just write it down.

As always, allow yourself to be messy and honest. Try to keep writing for 10 minutes. If it feels right to share this with a trusted someone, do that. Or not. Then thank yourself for taking time to write it down.
